2016 Contributor Bios

Mike Frazer

Mike is a married father of three children, living in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is a software engineer and published writer, and works with the Men's Ministry at Raleigh's Crossroads Fellowship. He has a passion for growing men into the leadership roles to which they have been called --at home, in the workplace and in the community. His wife, Christina, has worked with Athletes In Action and is now a stay-at-home mom to an elementary school daughter and two young sons.

Mike enjoys sports and the outdoors, is an avid runner, and spends the short, mild winters in North Carolina pining for the snow-covered landscapes of his home state of Pennsylvania.


Martha Hedge

Martha brings a varied background to her life coaching and writing. She has taught in public and private schools, worked in the business world, and been a stay-at-home mom when their four daughters were growing up. Her husband Vernon was a pastor when they married and they have been in active ministry ever since. They live in McKinney, Texas, north of Dallas.

Whether teacher, wife, mom, grandmother of nine, writer, or coach, her desire is to help people move forward, to discover the joy of living on purpose and Christ centered. Life is meant to be lived!

Courtney Kirk

Courtney is a young professional in the email-marketing world, and has a heart that beats for sharing stories through writing, believing that everything and everyone has a story that deserves to be told. At current, Courtney is preparing to launch a new blog, "Nashville Stories," documenting the journeys and stories of the people and places that make the city what it is.

A resident of Nashville, Tenn., Courtney enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring new cities - both near and far.
