Martha and her minister husband live in McKinney Texas near three of their four adult daughters and families. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin University with a secondary-school teacher certification for public speaking, has taught in both public and private school, was a stay-at-home mom to raise her family, re-entered the work force in non-profits and the business arena. Her desire has always been to make a difference in people’s lives.
What better way to impact lives than to help people discover how to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. The journey from “here” to “there” requires change, change that can leave a person stuck and confused. Martha is committed to being an objective set of eyes to help people discover new perspectives by listening, asking meaningful questions, and exploring together—always in a climate of trust, integrity and confidentiality.
As Kimberly in North Carolina says, “It was helpful to have Martha’s extra set of eyes. Questions were asked and the space was there for me to consider. She walked with me through a season of transitions such that now I’m experiencing greater relational intimacy, greater wisdom, and I’m making more conscious choices aligned with my values. Life is working better!”
As a professional business and life coach, Martha earned the ACC credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Certified Christian Coach (CCC) credential with Christian Coaches Network International. She has been coaching since 2010 with both business and individual clients, is a writer and speaker, and wants to help people discover the joy of living on-purpose and Christ-centered. For more information about how to work with Martha, please contact Way of Life Coaching.
Steve Mattingly lives in Raleigh, NC since 1981, born and raised in Louisville, KY. A graduate of the University of Louisville, with Highest Honors in Marketing and Finance. Since 1989, Steve serves as SVP and partner at Southern Lithoplate, a third generation, privately held, and American owned manufacturer.
He has helped lead and build the company from a small family enterprise into one of the world's 4 largest suppliers in their category. Active in volunteer ministry since 1983, Steve's life mission is to be a facilitator who by example and support helps others accomplish their empowered God gifted calling.
Steve is passionate about helping others release their giftedness in business and in ministry. He approaches coaching with great curiosity and a Proverbs 20:5 commitment at his core. When someone gets released from what was blocking their company from growing and knows, "That was the single most powerful choice for me!" or when someone shares, "I can't believe that I have truly made such a major ministry decision with such comfort, and all by answering your questions." - that is what drives Steve to coach.
Steve is a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC) and a member of CCN (Christian Coaches Network). For more information about how to work with Steve, please contact Way of Life Coaching.
